Zhejiang Pangu Zhisheng Doors Industry Trade Co., Ltd. is a door manufacturer based in Pan'an County, Jinhua, Zhejiang — one of China's largest door-making clusters.
Our founder, known in the industry as “Lao Guo,” entered military-industry manufacturing in 1984 and spent 25 years refining disciplined production methods. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
MOQ depends on the model, color and configuration. Mixed container loads are welcome, so you can combine different models and colors in one container. Contact us with your target list for the exact minimum.
How long is the lead time?
Standard models normally take 15–25 days after deposit. Custom colors or special designs normally take 25–35 days. Exact lead time depends on quantity and configuration.
Do you provide OEM / ODM service?
Yes. We can review your designs, samples or reference photos. Our in-house 3D pattern development can turn an approved idea into a production-ready pattern.
What packaging do you use?
Standard export packaging uses a plastic bag, foam corners and carton. Wooden crates or pallets are available for extra protection, and buyer-specified packing can be reviewed.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. Sample cost and freight can be discussed and may be credited against the first bulk order subject to the final agreement.
Can designs and colors be customized?
Yes. Catalog colors and patterns can be combined, and customer-supplied designs can be reviewed for production with our 3D pattern and color-development capability.
What is the production capacity?
The catalog states a daily capacity of up to 3,000 sets. Final lead time depends on model, finish, hardware, quantity and packaging.
How many units fit in one container?
The catalog indicates approximately 900 sets per 40HQ container for selected assembled configurations. We confirm loading quantity model by model before quotation.
